For referees, umpires, and assignors
Assign flag football officials across every field
Run girls and scholastic seasons and independent tournaments with crews placed field by field and everyone notified in one place.
Familiar assigning problems
- Many fields running at once on tournament days
- Scholastic seasons and independent events that need different crews
- Pay for a full day of short games that is hard to total by hand
What Horizon already does
Scholastic and tournament eligibility
Keep scholastic girls games and independent tournament games on separate pools of officials.
Field-to-field conflicts
Catch an official placed on two fields in the same time block when many games run at once.
Tournament slots as TBA Requests
Post open slots across the fields so officials can show interest — Horizon calls that TBA Requests — then award each one yourself.
Pay for a day of short games
Total pay across a full day of short games for each official. Electronic ACH through Payment Center is United States only; fees may apply.
How flag football assignors run multi-field days in Horizon
- Import the schedule by field and time for a scholastic season or an independent tournament, with divisions on every game.
- Set eligibility for girls and scholastic play and for independent events, so each game draws from the right crews.
- Assign crews field by field, or post unfilled games so officials can show interest — Horizon calls that TBA Requests — then award them.
- Notify officials of field moves and pay the day from the games worked.
